BridgeFit LLC (“Bridgefit”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number and mailing address.
Membership and training information, such as your membership, class bookings, attendance, goals, assessments and messages with our coaches and staff.
Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.
Basic technical information when you use our website or app, such as your device and browser type.
How we use it
To run your membership and training: scheduling, check-ins, reminders, programs and answering your questions.
To bill for our services and keep our records.
To improve our services and keep them safe.
To send you news or offers only where you’ve agreed to receive them; you can opt out at any time.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to text you about your membership and training. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, who may use it only to do so.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example member management, messaging and payment processing), under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only for us; and when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time. Contact us using the details below.
Children
Our services aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information without a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
